Over 19 years of Experience working with the Vertex Sales & Use Tax Products. Approximately 90% of tasks are hands-on consultation, configuration, software development, implementation and training of Vertex’s Q Series (formerly Quantum for Sales & Use Tax package) and O Series on the major platforms (Windows, Unix and AS400); and database engines: ISAM, MSSQL, Oracle, DB2. Configuration of the major ERP systems with Vertex Q & O Series, including SAP R/3, Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft, Baan and JDE OneWorld.

Over 17 years of Experience working with Vertex on the major ERP Systems. Completed Vertex Sales Tax/SAP projects within the past 12 months including FI/CO, AP/MM & AR/SD configuration of SAP on release ECC 5.0 & 6.0 with Vertex O Series 6.0, Q Series & Reporting & Analysis software. Other projects include implementing Vertex Q and O Series with Oracle Financials eBusiness Suite, and other accounting, enterprise or web systems. Over 19 years of experience implementing Vertex U.S. sales & use tax systems, Canadian GST, PST and HST, and International VAT. Experience with Vertex’s Telecommunications Tax Package. Provide a complete sales and use tax solution: the tailored project includes the following phases, business analysis and design consultation, installation of Vertex software, configuration of standard interface, customization of standard interface (as needed), Taxability Manager population and customization, testing, training, go-live and post-implementation support.

Over 5 years of experience working with the Vertex Retail Solutions, including the Vertex POS Solution, Vertex LITE and Vertex Batch Client Interface to upload store transactions to back-end Vertex Servers.
